Healing-centered therapy for individuals, couples, and families

What to Expect

Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or the people you love? Whether your child is searching for a way to express what's inside, your teen is longing to be understood, or you're an adult seeking clarity, I'm here to help.

Life circumstances, trauma, and the pace of the world can wear us down. In therapy, we slow things down and create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—just as you are. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and build stronger, more meaningful bonds with the people around you.

I offer evidence-based support for individuals, couples, and families. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I draw from a range of modalities to meet your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, or simply want to grow, our work together will be rooted in compassion, connection, and curiosity.

And yes—starting therapy can feel like a leap. That's why I offer a free 30-minute consultation, no pressure attached. You deserve to feel comfortable with your therapist. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help connect you with someone who is. You don't have to figure this out alone.

Individual Therapy

We all arrive in therapy with a story—shaped by our relationships, our experiences, and the beliefs we've carried (sometimes for far too long). My approach is person-centered and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and empowerment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I'll meet you with warmth and challenge you toward growth, using your own strengths as the foundation for a more wholehearted life.

Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

As humans, we are wired for connection—and when that connection is strained, everything else can feel off-balance. I work with couples to identify painful cycles, rebuild emotional safety, and grow intimacy through vulnerability and communication. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment theory, I help partners find their way back to each other.

As Sue Johnson puts it, "The drama of love is all about this hunger for safe emotional connection, a survival imperative we experience from the cradle to the grave. Loving connection is the only safety nature ever offers us."

Couples Therapy

Family Therapy

I believe deeply in the healing power of families. Working with families—especially during the adolescent years—requires patience, attunement, and a belief that change is possible. I create space for each family member to feel heard and understood while helping the whole system move toward more connection, empathy, and shared understanding.

Dr. James Furrow puts it best, "Belonging leads to becoming." Together, we'll work to build those cherished relationships that lead to the becoming.

Play Therapy

Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling—but they do have play. In play therapy, toys become their language and imagination becomes their voice. Just like adults feel relief after sharing with someone who truly listens, children feel safer and more regulated when they can express themselves through play.

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed approach for children ages 3 to 12. In the therapy room, I create a safe and supportive space where children can explore big feelings, practice self-regulation, and grow their capacity for healthy relationships. Through symbolic play, storytelling, art, and games, kids begin to express emotions more constructively, take responsibility for choices, and build confidence in themselves and their world.
